Laszlo and Ana Berdan competed in the Nuffield Triathlon Challenge on the 27th of May with Anna doing the sprint event (750 swim- 21.2K bike and 5K run), Anna reported the lake was a balmy 19 degrees, but as she never likes the pool too hot one supects that with a wetsuit on it might not have suited her, this was followed by a relaxing change in transition 1, if the time is anything to go by (making Barry and Laura look lightning fast). She then dragged an allegedly heavy bike around a very windy course. Laszlo in the mean time was on the standard course 1500m swim 42.4 mile bike ride and a 10K run. Needless to say Lazlo was back in the pool Monday, slightly more tanned than normal, Ana more sensibly had a rest but was showing off her new swim hat and looking as pleased as punch!
